Gatewood was on time, did a great job, was up front about possibly not being able to remove stains, but the stains came out anyway! Would recommend them and use them again!

Art and his team did an outstanding job removing a pet stain from our chair and velvet pillow. They were thorough and even checked in with us on the job later in the day. They came back the following day to go over the pillow a second time just to be sure it was clean. Outstanding service and we will use them again should anything come up!

Arrived right on time and did an excellent job. Cleaned throw rugs for me at no charge:). Art and Steve are polite, respectful and worked hard fixing damage left from another carpet cleaner. Visit included stairway, den and did a dry clean on an upholstered chair and ottoman... it's so clean.North Wilmington has a new carpet cleaner!!! Don't hesitate!
