I woke up to a cold home. I contacted Desmond heating and within an hour and a half a technician was at my home. He came went right to work diagnosed the issue. The technician gave me the exact price which included the part and labor. He fixed my heater within a hour and my home is warm and toasty again. Quick introduction, go over my experience, schedule an evaluation, pricing and troubleshooting equipment, generally educating the customer on their equipment.

20 years of experience before starting business. Worked for Johnson controls, Horizon’s service and 10 years of educational training from technical schools. Worked on commercial equipment as well as residential heating and air conditioning equipment.
