Introduction: Hi My Name is Karen, I decided to get professionally certified as a pet groomer as I have such a love for animals. I love to see their mommies and daddies when they see their freshly groomed baby. I treat them as my own and give love and attention where they are not stressed out. I personally blow dry them and leave them in cages with fan that dehydrate them. I take my time and make your pet feel safe and comfortable and all at a very reasonable rate. I have had many types of dogs, some cats and even a guinney pig. I also seal all my groomings with a kiss. All you do is make an appointment, drop off your baby and I will text when done. You can run errands, have lunch do whatever; usually takes 2-3 hours depending on how matted your pet is. Please give me a chance to show you what I can do. Animals love me and I love them. :) Have a Paw Wonderful Day. I love the faces of my clients when they pick up their clean and well groomed pet. That's the best part for sure. :)

She and her husband are the best groomers. My Great Dane looks a smells great! So personable and a great price! You have to get your dogs groomed there.

Karen did an excellent job on my baby! This was my yorkie-poo's first hair cut and I was so nervous. But Karen made me feel very comfortable and just adored my little Emerald! The results were amazing. Eme was so clean and the cut was perfect, more than that Eme was happy to be there, she wasn't scared which in the end made me feel so much better. I would definitely recommend Karen to anyone who needs a groomer!

I found Karen on Thumbtack, correspondence and phone contact went well, I dropped my Pomeranian off and was absolutely thrilled with the results! He was perfect! Best groomer I've been to in years, very reasonably priced and very nice people to work with ! Will be taking him back there with pleasure !!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually charge 40-60 depending on size, shape (matted or not) for grooming which includes nail trim, ear cleaning, best products, hair style pertinent to pet or whatever the customer wants.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love the customer to call me or email me for an appointment. I like to talk about their pet and their needs and send me a picture. Drop them off and I will text them when they are ready. It's that simple.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified professional groomer, Cecil Community College and over 50-75 current clients.
