We charge per job, not by the hour, ensuring fairness and efficiency. Pricing varies based on the equipment used and access point requirements. Our technician assesses the situation on-site and provides a clear price from our Menu Price Book.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We dispatch a fully-equipped service truck at no cost for initial assessment. Our technician examines the problem, explains the process, and offers flat rate prices from the Menu Price Book. Work begins immediately upon customer approval, accepting various payment methods including cash, checks, and major credit cards.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are highly trained, with extensive in-house training and years of specialized experience in plumbing and drain cleaning using specialty equipment like our hydro jetting machines.
