Excellent service! The 3 guys came and got right to work, expeditiously and efficiently. They did a good job altogether. One thing wanna share is about the travelling charge $60 for 12 miles. I didnt know about it, couldnt find anywhere in their site. Also their floor charge, for me they moved from floor 2 to floor 3. They charged me $40 a floor. Apart from these 2 charges their price and service was resonable when compared to others. Thank you sylvan friendly movers for making my move easy.

Dear valued customer, we really appreciate that you selected our team to assist you move to your new home. We apologise if you didn't understand how the fees were charged. We didn't charge you $60 for mileage, this fee was for the long distance from the truck to your home. Per the contract we sent to you, your mileage was about $15 and we charged you 30% when you made your deposit but during your final bill, we decided to waive the 70%. Yes you were charged you $39.99 for flight to stairs for two floors only at your new apartment as you live on the 3rd floor, we waived the other floors especially from your pick up address because we wanted to work within your budget as your satisfaction was our priority. Ken and the guys were awesome, not only he agreed for a next day work, but as promised showed up with 4 guys. They have loaded and unloaded the truck with 1.5 hrs and I would say, though there was no heavy luggage but for sure had more that 50 boxes with queen bed and an office table. I am very happy with the way they completed the job. 5 Stars for the guys..!
