I go over a detailed questionnaire with my clients to determine likes, dislikes, food allergies all the way down to an ingredient. We come up with a menu consisting of 5-6 entrees some sides It is enough food to last 10-12 days if eaten every day.. I do the shopping, cook the meals in their kitchen.
