CUSTOMER SERVICE: So many of our competitors are either part-time designers (who have full-time day jobs but present themselves on the Internet like they are a real company), or are really "design brokers" who sub-contract their work to India for pennies on the dollar, but do nothing at all in-house. THIS IS NOT HOW WE DO BUSINESS! We are a full-time design shop, and have been in business since 1994. We're here when you call. When we're out of the office, you will be able to reach us via cell phone or e-mail. We're responsive. We meet deadlines. We go above and beyond the call of duty to exceed our customer's expectations and blow their mind with incredibly creative ideas, concepts and designs.
