Carol had done an outstanding job with my grief therapy group, and I've seen firsthand the positive impact she has made. As a therapist myself, I am very impressed with her compassionate presence, her professionalism, and especially her skill in guiding mindfulness meditation techniques. These practices have been incredibly effective in helping my clients manage their emotions, find calm in difficult moments, and move forward in their healing journey. Thank you, Carol, you truly made a difference!

Firstly, Carol is such a sweet, kind & sincere person. You can tell she enjoys what she does and wants to make your experience with her, the best. I am wanting to lose weight & she is so right when she said, this isn’t about losing weight, basically it’s about your mindset. Yes, she is right, mind over matter works every time. I have only had 2 sessions with her, but I got some very valuable information from her. I do plan on 1 more session with her, when I can.
I am glad that I decided on Carol!

I was hesitant at first, but Carol immediately made me feel at ease. Her calming presence and deep understanding of what I was going through helped me relax and trust the process. During our first session, I fell into hypnosis almost instantly, it was truly amazing. I couldn’t be more excited to continue working with her. She’s gifted at what she does, and I feel incredibly lucky to have found her.
