Firstly, Carol is such a sweet, kind & sincere person. You can tell she enjoys what she does and wants to make your experience with her, the best. I am wanting to lose weight & she is so right when she said, this isn’t about losing weight, basically it’s about your mindset. Yes, she is right, mind over matter works every time. I have only had 2 sessions with her, but I got some very valuable information from her. I do plan on 1 more session with her, when I can. I am glad that I decided on Carol!
