I truly believe everything happens for a reason. I started therapy with Carol for anxiety a month before my mother got sick. Carol helped me through the most challenging year of my life that went from being Mom’s caretaker to grieving her loss. If I hadn’t found Carol, I would not be doing as well as I am right now. She is so kind, caring and personable. I never feel judged and I know we can talk about anything. I feel so relaxed and calm after her hypnotherapy. I can’t recommend her enough!

Firstly, Carol is such a sweet, kind & sincere person. You can tell she enjoys what she does and wants to make your experience with her, the best. I am wanting to lose weight & she is so right when she said, this isn’t about losing weight, basically it’s about your mindset. Yes, she is right, mind over matter works every time. I have only had 2 sessions with her, but I got some very valuable information from her. I do plan on 1 more session with her, when I can.
