I truly believe everything happens for a reason. I started therapy with Carol for anxiety a month before my mother got sick. Carol helped me through the most challenging year of my life that went from being Mom’s caretaker to grieving her loss. If I hadn’t found Carol, I would not be doing as well as I am right now. She is so kind, caring and personable. I never feel judged and I know we can talk about anything. I feel so relaxed and calm after her hypnotherapy. I can’t recommend her enough!

I was hesitant at first, but Carol immediately made me feel at ease. Her calming presence and deep understanding of what I was going through helped me relax and trust the process. During our first session, I fell into hypnosis almost instantly, it was truly amazing. I couldn’t be more excited to continue working with her.
