Ross is quite honestly the best contractor I’ve ever used. He came over 2 days and did everything we asked, and not only that did more things around the house that he thought we would need help with. He’s so trustworthy, reliable, and has an amazing base of knowledge. I trusted him alone in the house because of how genuine and how much he cares. I truly believe if your house has ANY projects that need to get done use Ross. I promise you will not regret your decision. He fixed all the wiring in our house, installed a bunch of bidets for us, and then helped move heavy things around and installing chandeliers and lights for us. And then he was so nice he wouldn’t accept money for the extra stuff because he genuinely was just doing it to help. Truly amazing contractor and will help with anything you need. I promise he’s the best

Ross came out same day to fix a gutter issue and even offered me a little help since it was technically my neighbor's gutter, but leaking onto my front door area. Great guy! I'm now having him do other projects I need completed at my home as well.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My quotes prices are my firm prices. I do not finish a job and ask for extra ( unless the customer changes things drastically and a new quote is written) like others do. Also, I offer discounts to all military, law enforcement, teachers, and first responders
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers are treated the same as regulars. Anything major I like to discuss in person first. Minor things can be booked instantly through Thumbtack or through text

I was a subcontractor for well known home improvement contractor for 9 years before he retired. With his 40+ years of experience and thirst for knowledge, I learned every aspect of home repairs/improvement.
