- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talking to a customer, whether its through a phone call, text message, or email, & then again face to face to make sure everything is going to be covered to match &/or exceed the customers expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Commercial Nutrient Handler with the State of Delaware.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was put on a lawn mower at the age of 10. Helping my grandfather weekly in the yard, whether it was lawn mowing, tree &/or bush trimming, pulling weeds, mulching, power washing, leaf removal in the fall, or shoveling snow for friends & neighbors. 19 years later I decided it was time to do what I grew up doing & love to do, which is helping people that are hesitant when it comes to yard work & supplying a low reasonable cost.
