I called Jeff to clone a disk for me and resolve an issue with a second disk that I attempted to clone myself. Jeff responded to my inquiry within a couple of minutes and was at my home within 2 business days. The cloning went smoothly, but the second issue was more complex than I thought. After spending more time than he thought he would have to, he asked if he could take the computer home and work on it that evening. He promised it back in 48 hours. 24 hours later, he delivered the repaired machine to my house. Even though the time he took was beyond his estimated time AND he had to make 2 trips to my house, he did not ask for any increase in his quoted price! While he was here, he patiently answered all of my questions and explained what he was doing at each step. This guy is a rare find. I highly recommend him without any reservation and will calling him again should the need ever arise.

Had a previous IT company who completely messed up my network. They basically blocked me from getting into my information. Called Jeff at Gigit . He responded right away. Came out shortly thereafter, was on time and reworked my entire network in no time at all. Did an excellent job and has an amazing in-depth knowledge of IT. Highly recommend Jeff !

Jeff did a great job hiding wires to already mounted TVs. He was punctual and professional. I would definitely use his services again if the need arises.
