I recently had a damaged ceiling from a water backup. I hired Patch Factor to do the repair. I was impressed by the results. Being that it was a textured ceiling, they made repair looked seamless. They were professional and punctual. They took great care to protect my furniture and floors before starting the work, and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. To top it off, they were affordable. If I ever need any drywall repair done, I will be calling them again.

The team from Patch Factor were great. They were polite, courteous, and friendly. They came to give a quote for some small patching and fixing/rehanging a toilet roll holder and were then able to do the work the same day, which was great. They securely reattached the holder in its original place and patched the necessary area and did a great job patching the other smaller dings which needed spackling from a nail pop and a knocked/damaged corner with it ready to paint. They cleaned up after and left everything as it was. Very happy with the end result and service from them.
