Are you looking for consistency along with a healthy, safe, and active way to stay on top of your fitness goals? My name is Chris Barrett. I’m NASM-Certified Personal Trainer with a Bachelors of Science degree in Health & Exercise Physiology. I help people of all fitness levels get stronger, feel better, and stay consistent without the stress or confusion. I’ve worked with beginners, busy parents, postpartum moms, and folks coming back from injury — and I focus on safe, smart training that actually fits your life. I train mostly virtually (super convenient), but can meet in person for onboarding or check-ins if that’s helpful. I bring equipment and keep things clean and comfortable every session. Lately I’ve been blending in Pilates-inspired work, which is great for core strength, mobility, and a gentler, mindful workout style — especially for moms and anyone who wants something effective but not intense every time. If you want someone who’s supportive, knowledgeable, and knows when to push you and when to hold back— I’d love to help you hit your goals. Chris has a thorough understanding of different exercise routines and is careful to tailor each in order to best accomplish my goals. He targets the areas I want to improve on and explains the benefits of each exercise. The workouts are appropriately geared to what I am able to accomplish and get progressively more challenging as our sessions continue. I feel stronger and more fit as we continue to train and am grateful for the flexibility he provides with my busy work schedule. I highly recommend Chris to help you achieve your goals with tailored workouts on your schedule!

Chris is an excellent trainer - punctual, detailed and above and beyond. He is very skilled in understanding not only how to build strength and health, but how to build good form and habits (during workout and in lifestyle also) to ensure injury prevention. I love learning how to build muscle and flexibility and a healthier life in general. Cannot recommend him enough!
