As seen in the attached before and after photos, Shane did a great job and you can tell he takes pride in his work. This building had not been washed in many years so there was a lot of build up, and Shane explained what to expect in terms of the results. I knew not everything would disappear in one wash, but there is a marked difference that can be seen. He has a very positive attitude a wonderful young man making a name for himself in this world. I would definitely hire him again for regular maintenance.

Shane came out and gave the exterior of my house a good cleaning. All the grass stains and scuff marks are gone and the siding on my home looks almost brand new (it’s over 20 years old). Give this young entrepreneur a chance you won’t be disappointed.

Shane was able to schedule me at my earliest availability and arrived promptly. Shane cared about his quality of work and honored my requests to be mindful of porch spiders. I asked him to do a larger area than I originally requested and adjusted the quote reasonably. He went to Lowe’s to get special detergent since there was difficult mildew on the siding. Shane pays close attention to detail. I had gone over areas with my own pressure washer that did not remove the mildew. When Shane was finished there were no more gray spots. The first photo was my attempt at power washing. The clean side is Shane’s work. (Siding was previously damaged in a storm).
