Owner was immediately responsive and offered to come out to complete the job next day after a short conversation regarding the work to be done. He problem solved a somewhat complex job, then offered clear explanations as to what he could do, how much it would cost, and how quickly he could get it done. Shafiq came through big time! I had him install cameras and a video doorbell outside, add an access point inside, organize my network rack, take care of wiring and terminations, and run Cat 6 cables throughout the house — all behind the walls, nothing exposed — and he crushed it. He’s super genuine and down to earth, and his work really speaks for itself. He responded to my inquiry within minutes and was at my house just a few hours later to check out the job. We scheduled for the end of the week and he showed up right on time, just like he promised. His whole team was efficient, neat, and actually cleaned up when they were done — they even patched the holes in the walls that they made (rare these days). What should’ve taken two days, they knocked out in one. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Shafiq was great! He talked me through expectations on the phone around what I was specifically looking for.
My home’s layout forced me to have EVERYTHING on wifi and all my equipment was in the garage.
I work from home and I’m a gamer, this situation just wasn’t going to work for me at all.
Shafiq ran hard lines into two rooms in my home to help improve my wifi as well as get me back on a hard line for work and gaming.
He made sure to test EVERYTHING before leaving. I’m so used to figuring things out in my own that I was not expecting him to hang around until we both saw numbers we were satisfied with.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is usually consistent with market price minus any difficulties because of odd or rare wall material or custom work. Also, I do not give blind quotes or estimates. It wouldn't be fair to myself or the customer to give an off the cuff estimate, but rather doing a walk through or thorough conversation about the job request. Thereupon, enabling me to give a true estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is for me to become familiar with the new customer and understand with clarity exactly what they want and the task they desire. This helps me maximize my job performance to their convenience
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked and became certified by comcast in 2006 for phone/data/cable installation. In addition, I've mounted tv's in the process of installing. I've done pre/post wiring for time warner for an additional 3yrs.. Consistently done work as an Independent from interior installation to outside construction, over 11yrs experience.
