- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No. Every job is unique in itself. So we price each project accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we call The client and talk about what they would like to do. Then we like to set up an appointment with them at their home to see in person the area within that we would be doing the work. We take measurement and draw up an estimate for them within a few days. If acceptable, from there we work together with ideas to achieve the results they are looking for. We also take pictures during our projects and email them to our clients to let them see the progress.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated from carpentry school in PA. Both Mike and I come from a family of builders and architect's. Some college for design. We both have 40 years experience in the industry between the both of us
