Dusty did a great job painting my three garage doors! He actually did a perfect job. So much so, that I asked him to do another painting job for our home. He is prompt in his communication, keeps us updated and is a nice guy on top of it. I would highly recommend his company.

After a water tank leak flooded two rooms and utility vlosets, I was fortunate to find DB Enterprises. Dusty and Rick quickly responded and within a week the subfloor was removed and replaced with plywood. Dusty picked up and installed the vinyl plank we decided to use as the new floor covering. Dusty removed the waste and cleaned the floors when finished. His workmanship is impeccable and we were very pleased with the result and asked Dusty for a proposal to paint the walls.

Dusty understood our problem with bird damage to outside vents, and took the time to show us additional damage that had been caused by the birds in our vent lines in the house. We are now setup with him to have the entire problem taken care of. He is professional and fair in his pricing. He was very responsive to our initial inquiry, getting to our place within two days. We feel relieved that this problem will be taken care of after years of not being able to find someone to handle it.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
the more you get done at one time the less amount of service calls or fees so usually you can cut costs if you add a few smaller jobs together as one. also when talking about recurring jobs such as grass cutting. the more often you have the grass cut the higher your recurring discount will be.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would rather meet a new customer in person before anything. I feel that's the right way to introduce yourself before anything else.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a high school education and drafting and design college credits. but I absolutely love working with my hands and offering great workmanship and theres just no schooling degree for craftsmanship.
