We are always up front on our pricing. There are no hidden fees. We give a quote a explain everything in detail.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with new customers include Initial Contact: The customer can send photos or explain the job that needs to be done. We then send a quote with the details we received. If the customer agrees to the quote; we then will set up a time/date and complete the job. We handle all heavy lifting and loading from the location. We then clean up; TSH always cleans up after the job is done!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I noticed that many of my neighbors struggled to find reliable, professional help for big cleanouts. People either had to rent a dumpster for a week or try to haul heavy items themselves. I started this business to provide a stress-free, 'done-for-you' solution that helps people reclaim their space without the backache.
