Introduction

I help seniors and their caregivers improve their quality of life through massage therapy. Hi, I’m Andretta Jones and I’ve been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2007. I work with all age groups at my wellness center and I specialize in geriatric massage. Prior to Covid-19, the mobile part of my practice took me into nursing homes, assisted living facilities, hospitals and hospice. Since a lot of those locations are still restricting visitors. I’ve resumed In-home care. I’m a condition based therapist with experience dealing with patients suffering from Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s, diabetes, renal failure, cancer and end of life. I also offer caregiver support.

I have been going to masseuses for years, and andretta was the warmest, kindest, knowledgeable, and most punctual masseuse I've ever had. I don't give reviews lightly, but andretta is worth every cent that I pay her. She treats you like you are a beloved friend whom she wants to make feel better and I appreciate her!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer wellness center and mobile pricing options. Only $30 additional for any onsite sessions at the client's location. I also offer meditation classes and workshops at the wellness center. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During our first appointment. I will complete a detailed intake and assessment to ensure that your needs will be met during the massage, bodywork or energy work session.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Baltimore School of Massage now known as Cortiva in 2008. I received advance certification form Day Break Geriatric Institute for my work with the elderly and frail population. I've obtained continuing education credits in the following: Alzheimer's Disease, Oncology, Caregiver support, End of Life Doula Services, Advanced Geriatric Services, Lymphatic Drainage, Cupping, Reflexology and a host of other specialties.
