I’m a bilingual (English/Spanish) personal chef with over 20 years of experience in restaurant service, catering, and private chef dining. I’ve worked in every capacity in the restaurant business and have managed several large dining facilities. Trained as a cook in the U.S. Army, I bring discipline, efficiency, and creativity to every kitchen I step into. My specialty is crafting bold, flavorful Latin and Caribbean cuisine—Latin with a Caribbean Soul—but I can cook just about anything to fit your event. From weddings, dinner parties, and baby showers to office events, family reunions, holidays, graduations, and intimate gatherings, I create meals that leave a lasting impression. I’m also available to assist others in need when short-staffed, offering professional support and flexibility.
