- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be as fair as possible. I am trained in my craft and you definitely get what you are paying for and more. I am not the least expensive but definitely not the most. I'm reasonable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to TALK to people and when possible MEET in person. I will touch base and confirm things via email etc. but prefer to talk and write things down and make decisions hearing someones voice!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a CONSTANT student of my craft! I have been since childhood! I love testing out new recipes all the time to then perfect and be able to offer to others!!! I also hold a Culinary Diploma from Italy.
