We contacted sister service a week ago about cleaning. They confirmed twice that they would come today at 9am. I reached out to confirm yesterday and then again this am - no response. 9am came and went; total no show with zero communication about it. 6 hours later, we still haven’t heard from them with any explanation or apology, which was just bizarre and left us completely hanging. Very uncool. During this week’s worth of time we were expecting them we could have found another cleaning service. Now it may be too late.
