The owner was like a breath of fresh air to work with. Very mannerly. He is anxious to please client and does qualiity work at a reasonable rate. Will definately use his services again. This was my first time using Angi and it was a pleasant experience.

The owner Austin should do better at making and keeping appointment / being on time, not being soooo defensive in responses, not to over-text or over-call, to keep communication concise and without emotion and or excessive detail. He tried, there’s no doubt he was trying; but between coming hours late all 3 times, also not having Venmo or Zelle, not to mention several excuses about bank accounts being compromised, vehicles breaking down, lawn equipment and devices being faulty, the latest lawn-mowing taking 2 days, plus grass stuck all over the car and siding of house … it was just exhausting for me as a client. I’m also disappointed to say that the lawn did not turn out well either when finally done. I hope these things are all opportunities for improvement and taken in the kind and gentle spirit I’m sending this commentary; it comes from a good place that I hope will be helpful.

Details: Home • Once a week • 5,000 - 10,000 sq ft (0.11-0.23 acres) • Standard (up to 6 in) • Mulch • No, I don't need to be there
