I was fed up paying Merry Maids to do a job that was not being done properly. Complaining to the boss did not seem to make a difference. The boss was invited to my house to see what was going on and she broke the appointment, just didn't show up. After several more disappointing cleanings, I hired Lori. As you can see by the below example, I am pleased with what I found when I came home after her first cleaning.

Crystal Clean did a great job. The girls there really love their work! They came specifically for deep cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, but Lori gave me a great deal and she'll be my whole house once a month. It's such a relief to have a sparkling clean home. Looking forward to a next time. :-)

I had Meticulous Ladies for about 2 years. I was so frustrated with their scheduling, cleaning; they broke some of our scheduled appointments, they just did the basic cleaning at higher price, any details like changing sheets or cleaning the refrigerator would be an extra to their already high price, and on top it had to be requested via their boss, couldn't simply ask the ladies who were already cleaning my house! The boss was so rude too! I was so frustrated with them! In my desperation I searched online and found Ms. Lori Ross and her team. She does simply simply excellent job, i am a picky customer and not easy to satisfy. I had two cleanings done by her team, all I can say i am more than satisfied, she does all nitty gritty jobs with detailed attention and no extra charge. Her attitude is most laudable, always the "yes" attitude, she makes me feel relaxed and pampered. After a hard day at work when i come to my spic spac home and with her bright happy smile, I truly feel " life is so good, worth working hard for it"!!! She is a super star, i hope she becomes number #1 cleaning agent in Dover. She is the Best in the area!!!!

I scheduled my home to be cleaned by Crystal Clean, but due to personal reasons I've had to postpone my retaining a cleaning service. I was very impressed with Lori during our initial meeting.
