Introduction: I provide services in construction inspection facilities management. I'm a project management professional with 16 years of experience in performing various bridge and roadway construction projects, facilities management, annual capital budget planning and implementation, contract negotiation and construction management and project management services for commercial and industrial facility projects. The infrastructure projects include mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire suppression systems. I also manage space renovations and facility occupancy/program move management, from inception through closeout commissioning. I have excellent interpersonal skills evidenced by the ability to deliver executive-level communications with clients, vendors, co-workers and colleagues. I manage equipment procurement and installations for manufacturing; perform project-scope development, value engineering, schedule/cost/quality/communication management, capital investment proposals, project management controls, risk analysis, cost estimating/expenditures with budget development, change control, project start-up and commissioning; oversee architectural and engineering designs and space planning/programming; assist in master planning and perform technical report preparation. I effectively coordinate the five process groups of project management combined with innate leadership skills for prudent decisions and motivation of project team members with client relations. I also have expertise in real estate site evaluations and development work, construction management for industrial and commercial buildings, enclosures and site utility services.
