- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will not be the cheapest painter out there and that’s because I do amazing work. I offer a warranty and I pay attention to detail.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I meet a new customer, I treat them like a client right off the bat. I’ll explain the details of the job to them. My goal is for both of us to be comfortable and know the expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 24 years of on the job painting experience.
