- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge on the hr, 90 min, 2, and 2.5 hrs for massage therapy. Out call fee assessed is from my home base in Houston DE. Fees change depending on client’s location. Minimum fee is $10. Fee can increase to $25-35 depending upon client’s location. Personal Training sessions are all 1hr in call or outcall. Additional fees for out call depending on location.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I email them back first with information about who I am, my websites and my phone number and request from them to provide me the best number in order to speak with them. I expect to speak with all new potential clients before scheduling to get a feel if we are suited for each other. I do not text or accept texts from leads until he/she has become a client. Kindness goes a long way when two people make the time to talk with each other over the phone. Once lead is a customer of mine then at that point he/she may text to schedule/reschedule/cancel within the terms of my cancellation policy. Calling is best as it means client bothers to take the time out of their day to speak with another human verses using a cold method such as texting to contact professionals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Went to the Academy of Massage and Bodyworks located in Bear, DE to become a LMT. Went to NPTI for certification in Personal Training and Nutritional Consultant. Certified Life & Relationship Coach through Strategic Life Coaching and DITS (Dowel Institute of Theological Seminary)
