- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a standard per foot price for laying hardwood and a price for refinishing and repairing damages. I have to actually see the project to quote an exact price. Once I quote your job, I stand by my price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once contact is made with the customer, I view the project, listen to what the customer wants, offer suggestions, show examples of stains and finishes. I want to be sure we understand each other so there is no confusion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of on the job training. I attend seminars to keep abreast of new and improved products.
