He sent a quote within 24 hours, made an appointment and came to the house to look at the job and give us a contract for what he quoted. Discovered some floor damage in 3 areas and professionally took care of the problem with very small add'l charge. Cleaned up at the end of each day and when the job was finished including wiping the walls down to remove the sander dust. Told us what to buy to maintain the floors (cleaning them). As we are installing our own baseboard and shoe molding we purchase the shoe molding from him and he stained it for us and gave us an almost full quart of the stain he used on the floors. After seeing his work and how professional he handled the job we contracted with him to do another area in 2 weeks. 5 Stars are not enough! Deserves 10+. We have had floors done previously by someone else and it was a good bit more expensive. Thanks Bobby from very satisfied customers!

I hired ABP&Q to recolor our existing hardwood floors. I am extremely pleased with their work. The color they did first i wanted darker and they said no problem. Bobby is a great guy and answered all of my 2 million questions with confidence. My only con is not having more hardwood floors in my house because these came out great. He even left me the same color stain so i could refinish my fireplace mantle. These guys are fast and efficient. I would definitely hire these guys again!

FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a standard per foot price for laying hardwood and a price for refinishing and repairing damages. I have to actually see the project to quote an exact price. Once I quote your job, I stand by my price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once contact is made with the customer, I view the project, listen to what the customer wants, offer suggestions, show examples of stains and finishes. I want to be sure we understand each other so there is no confusion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of on the job training. I attend seminars to keep abreast of new and improved products.
