- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are affordable. We offer a 10% discount on your first cleaning for new clients seeking recurring services!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we have the initial contact. Next, we schedule a time to do a walkthrough consultation of the property to be serviced. Then, I will give you an estimate based on the findings during the walkthrough. If you are satisfied with the estimate, we will schedule a time to get started and set up reoccurring visits, if applicable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have well over 20 years of experience personally, and my staff are all experienced as well in multiple areas of cleaning!
