First impression of Randi was awesome! Her response was fast, price fair, and did my first cleaning 4 days after first contact...was thrilled she got me in so quickly! The quality of her work was top notch and looking forward to a long relationship. Only complaint I have is I love to talk and so does she😄

I value Randi very much in all ways. She'said my pck-me-up for the day. She does an incredible job keeping me organized and my home clean. Randi is good about letting me know what she is doing and I feel I get the best bang for my bucks. My pricing system depends on the type of cleaning needed and the type of home or business to be cleaned. Size of rooms, pets, etc.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with new customers starts with a phone call to schedule an appt. for a free estimate. I have customer walk through home with me while we go over the type of cleaning needed. I talk with customer to get to know each other some, then I give a monetary estimate. We schedule a day and time for me to come back to clean.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the cleaning business since 1990.
