Janice did a catering job for my employer, PATS Aircraft Systems for a Holiday Appreciation Night for our vendors and suppliers. I must say, it was the best we have had yet!!! Not only was the food top quality, the presentation of the tables and the service she provided were all first class. We have used other well known caterers in the area that were very pricey and we are so glad we switched and hired Carollo Catering. She was everything we were looking for. Great food, great service, great presentation, all while being reasonably priced. We had alot of compliments from our Vendors about the food and we are sure to have Janice back for our next event! We definitely recommend Carollo Catering!! Thank you Janice for a great job!!!!

Vision Quest Eye Care recently used Janice to prepare the food for our office luncheon. We were extremely pleased with the ease of ordering and the fantastic homemade food. Catered a party through Carollo Catering and was extremely pleased. Janice arrived ahead of her scheduled time to heat up food and set up so that everything was ready for our guests arrival. The food was well-prepared and tasted as great as it looked! Our guests raved about the food. We would not hesitate to recommend Carollo Catering and we will use them again.

I first called Carollo Catering in search of a caterer for a recent family celebration. Janice was very accommodating throughout the whole process, from the detailed ordering, to the set up on site, and the food itself, which was outstanding. It offered the best of both, quantity and quality. During the party, guests could not stop raving about how great the food was. We definitely recommend using Carollo Catering for any size party you might have, because we certainly will. Two thumbs up!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
On Thumbtack I can only give an estimated cost because of limited details given by the customer and limited space to accurately provide all information. The only way to give accurate pricing is to be contacted by the customer to discuss wants and needs and then move forward from there.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Birthday parties, Anniversaries, Sweet Sixteens, house parties. All served buffet style.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently did a luncheon for a Dr.'s office and just hearing what a success it was and the raves from everyone on how delicious everything was. While setting up trays of food for an anniversary party at a customers home, they were taste testing each tray. The ooo's and ahhh's were enough of an indicator that the food was going to be a hit. I also catered a corporate event which went over very well. I stayed at the event to oversee everything and people were coming up to me telling me how they loved the food. Many took my business cards with them.
