- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
On Thumbtack I can only give an estimated cost because of limited details given by the customer and limited space to accurately provide all information. The only way to give accurate pricing is to be contacted by the customer to discuss wants and needs and then move forward from there.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Birthday parties, Anniversaries, Sweet Sixteens, house parties. All served buffet style.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently did a luncheon for a Dr.'s office and just hearing what a success it was and the raves from everyone on how delicious everything was. While setting up trays of food for an anniversary party at a customers home, they were taste testing each tray. The ooo's and ahhh's were enough of an indicator that the food was going to be a hit. I also catered a corporate event which went over very well. I stayed at the event to oversee everything and people were coming up to me telling me how they loved the food. Many took my business cards with them.
