My ultimate goal is to create beautiful meals that serve your soul and tastebuds as much as they nourish your body! For over a decade, I've created delectable meals made from local seasonal ingredients seasoned heavily with fresh herbs and spices, dressed with mouth-watering sauces, composed mostly from plants (entirely if that’s your preference), and made from scratch … These meals aren’t only delicious, they’re healthy for you. I develop relationships with local farmers, producers, and small food purveyors in the areas where I live and work to ensure that your meals are made with fresh, high-quality, nutrient-dense ingredients. You can rest assured knowing that your meals support your body, the planet, and local economies. I offer private meals, small parties and events, and can cater particular diets (gluten free, plant-based, and others), prepare meal plans to help you reach your wellness goals, and facilitate cooking classes so that you can learn how to cook this way yourself. Health and safety are very important to me. I am ServSafe Certified and hold a Food Handler's card for the state of CA. I am fully vaccinated for COVID and always wear a mask when I work. I always wash my hands frequently, wear gloves, cover my hair, disinfect my work area before I begin prepping/cooking, and follow the highest level of safety precautions to ensure that your food is safe to eat so that you and I remain safe during preparation, service, and cleanup.
