- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer luxury package pricing for our organizing services which include services outside of the hands on sessions with the client and an hourly rate for our Senior Move Management services. During our complimentary consultation we discuss what package best meets your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first chat with the client by phone to to better understand the client's needs and to discuss their project. Next, we schedule a 30 minute complimentary consultation, either virtually, in person or by using photos sent by the client. Then we create an individualized plan to get the job done. When our client is ready to take action, a contract is signed and payment arrangements are made to confirm dates/times on our schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I In the past 20+ years, I’ve had successful careers in both social work and education, helping people achieve their goals by breaking them down into manageable steps. I have lived through divorce, loss of a child and my nest becoming empty. I LOVE to get a project done quickly and see the immediate transformation. I have a Master's of Education degree and am a member of both NAPO (National Association of Professional Organizers) and NASMM (National Association of Senior Move Managers). I hold 5 certificates issues through NAPO and have attended many trainings and online courses in both fields.
