- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new clients receive a in FREE in-person ‘Meet and Greet’. I believe it is essential for the humans and animals to get comfortable with each other before any services start. During this meeting we will also review and sign contracts and exchange keys as necessary. Note: If the service being provided is short notice / emergency, the ‘Meet and Greet’ can be done via phone / video or at a later date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 40 years experience working with a wide variety of domestic animals and more recently with small farm animals. I personally currently have a pack of 4 dogs, 3 goats, a feral cat and a flock of chickens. I am a member of the National Association of Professional Pet Sitters. I volunteered at the Huron Valley Humane Society in Ann Arbor, MI. There I walked dogs and provided comfort care.
