I had been away from my condo for over two months and was honestly dreading coming home. I knew the place needed a deep clean, but because I was several states away, I had to trust someone I’d never met with my home, my keys, and the entire process.
From the very beginning, Anjelica was wonderful. She kept me updated throughout the day, sent photos of her progress, and treated my home with genuine care and respect. She spent 7 hours cleaning, removed 12 bags of trash, washed towels and blankets she found, and completely transformed my kitchen and dining room. The before-and-after photos truly speak for themselves.
What impressed me most wasn’t just the quality of her work—it was her professionalism and honesty. When she realized she’d forgotten to relock my front door after returning my keys to the lockbox, she contacted me immediately so we could get it secured. Mistakes happen; integrity is how you respond, and she handled it perfectly.
When my neighbor stopped by afterward to lock the door, she texted me immediately to tell me how incredible everything looked. That was such a relief to hear while I was still out of state.
Coming home no longer feels overwhelming—it feels like coming home again. Anjelica gave me a fresh start during a time when I really needed one, and I’m incredibly grateful for her hard work and kindness.
If you’re looking for someone who is hardworking, trustworthy, communicative, and genuinely takes pride in what they do, I wholeheartedly recommend Anjelic Cleaning Services. I’ll absolutely be hiring her again.
