Needed a sectional sofa moved from my home to my mother's basement. Everything was done in maybe an hour and a half. He actually moved it by himself, which was impressive. He was fast and very courteous. He told my parents he does junk removal as well, so we will use his services next time for that.

I’ve used Thumbtack several times in California, Texas, and here in Delaware. This is my best experience overall to date. Roberto quoted me a fair price upfront, so no wondering how long and how much. I was pleasantly surprised to find I had actually hired a husband and wife team. They did a really great job putting my grandbaby’s crib together, and they left the work area clean. They dealt with all the styrofoam debris and took the box and packing away without being asked. I would absolutely hire Roberto’s again. BTW-his name is Reggie. Roberto is their 13 year old son. I mention this because I think it speaks to their work ethic and values. Good luck with your project whomever you hire.

Don’t trust him. He said he will remove a truck of my garden debris and he did not. He took maybe a quarter of the truck and asked for the money and left.

Details: No large items to haul • Yard waste, construction debris or scrap metal • Enough to fill one pickup truck • There are no flights of stairs

Customer requested removal of 1 truck load of soil and sent a picture of a smaller load. When I arrived the load was 4x larger. I took 1 load at a reduced price. Beware of bait and switch tactics.

Reggie contacted me fast and gave me a price to remove an old hot tub. He showed up with his son and realized he couldn't move the tub. We communicated a couple times and he said he would be back with help. After a couple calls and text with no replies, I got another person. If he couldnt do the job, he should have said so. I wouldn't use this company again.

I informed this customer that me and my son would not be able to move his 700lb hot tub. He was very persistent (especially for the amount of money he was paying). Someone else moved it, for much more I'm sure. He claims he and 1 other moved it before, impossible!
