I'm an HVAC professional by trade and have worked in the residential hvac field for 18 years, but I'm skilled in electrical and plumbing work as well. I'm capable of many different types of home repair. I've been doing handyman work and helping people with odd jobs for 16 years. I owned and maintained 6 rental properties for 10 years and made all renovations and repairs myself. I'm the type who fixes or replaces everything myself in my own home. I am straight forward and honest. I work hard and all of my pricing is upfront and fixed. If I don't have the ability or the time to complete a job to your satisfaction, I will tell you upfront. I'm not interested in waisting your or my own time. I I give my clients a more affordable option then what is out there and my experience ensures the quality of the work. I've worked in the hvac service industry for 18 years and have a professional demeanor. I'm upfront with cost and completely transparent.
