My name is Carl Ramsey owner of HCS Electric and Technologies. I am a licensed Master Electrician and Design Engineer. I have been involved in the industry for 35 years. I have instructed apprentice journeyman and other Master Electricians in my career. I can teach technical details and the math formulas but can’t teach my work ethics and desire to strive to be the best I can be. As my customer you can always expect professional courtesy service and us to treat your home or business as we would our own. We offer above industry standard warranty on all of workmanship and we love questions so you are fully satisfied. We are licensed in 4 states and insured. We are new to thumbtack but have been around for many years. We won the Jp powers award for excellence 3 consecutive years with highest customer satisfaction rate in Delaware for electrical contractors. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will adjust pricing once I see the project. I will if possible give options and thoroughly explain . I will always look for ways to keep cost down when possible.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Make Contact Arrange date walk through project and then commence work. I will walk through again when finished and ask for input on grading of satisfaction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Master from PA to SC . I am a licensed engineer in two states and previous apprenticeship teacher. I have over 30 years experience and also OSHA 30 certified.
