I'm an HVAC professional by trade and have worked in the residential hvac field for 18 years, but I'm skilled in electrical and plumbing work as well. I'm capable of many different types of home repair. I've been doing handyman work and helping people with odd jobs for 16 years. I owned and maintained 6 rental properties for 10 years and made all renovations and repairs myself. I'm the type who fixes or replaces everything myself in my own home. I am straight forward and honest. I work hard and all of my pricing is upfront and fixed. If I don't have the ability or the time to complete a job to your satisfaction, I will tell you upfront. I'm not interested in waisting your or my own time. I I give my clients a more affordable option then what is out there and my experience ensures the quality of the work. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't really charge by the hour, I prefer to charge by the job. This allows for a nuch smoother transaction; there are no surprises at the end. The price I quote is the price I stick by. I always give it upfront so that your able to make a decision upfront.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually like to see the the job in person before I give a quote. Because my quotes are always fixed and I never add to it regardless of what happens,? I want to make sure I get it right.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked in the hvac service industry for 18 yrs do installs and repairs and maintenance. My occupation requires that I be capable of plumbing and electrical as well. I owned 6 rental properties for 10 years and made all repairs and renovations that were needed myself.
