Dave and his teams are excellent. I met them at the Middletown Peach Festival. We made an appointment to discuss the project. I was please with the service from the beginning to the end. I was exceptionally pleased that they move furniture and discard the old wood and carpet. The staff in the office, the staff for hardwood, and the staff for carpet, are all friendly, prompt, very organized, and professional.

I have spent one month looking for a flooring contractor to replace the carpets in our house with LVP (luxury vinyl). I have contacted multiple contractors, some of them didnt show up, others didnt send estimates on time or didnt send them at all, some didnt respond to my questions so I had to chase them etc. I was very desperate and disappointed until I met Dave and Desiree from Floor Coverings International. Everything went so well with that flooring company from the beginning to the end. I easily scheduled appointments, they were very responsive, answered all my questions, everyone showed up on time and the flooring crew did an amazing job. Last but not least they gave me a very good price for the project and it was a pleasure working with all of them. Overall, my experience is not just good but EXCELLENT and I highly recommend them to anyone who considers flooring work. I will also hire them for another project in the basement.

    We typically aren't the cheapest option because we only carry high quality materials with warranties to help your floors last longer. We also strive to give you an amazing customer experience at such high levels we only employ the best installers and design team. We do have financing options available and with over 3000 samples available, we can work within your budget.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We offer the in-home shopping experience. One of our design associates will show up at your home with a van containing over 3000 samples. You will see larger samples in your own home with your own color schemes and lighting. Our experts will help you pick the perfect products for your long term happiness. Our goal is your long term happiness in your flooring!
