He tiled my kitchen. But he never finished putting the panel under the kitchen cupboard back after tiling. He promised to come back to do the panel. I made a mistake of paying him the full amount before he comes back. HE NEVER CAME BACK. NEVER RESPONDED TO MY TEXTS.
Six months later and I am still looking at the ugly space under the cupboards.
