I loved how easy it was to reach out and book a consultation with Jazmyn. She met with us quickly and was able to get a design concept to us a within tight timeframe.I'm glad I reached out to Jazmyn to help bring a clear vision to my basement renovation. We asked Jazmyn of Abode Above to help us transform our home from top to bottom and she did just that. The house feels like a completely different space. Jazmyn helped my husband and I reimagine the dark cramped kitchen and under-utilized back porch of our 120 year old home into an airy, functional, foodie-approved kitchen with tons of natural light, a comfortably sized eat-in area, and a mudroom with a laundry area. We opted for Abode Above's full-service option given the complexity of the project, which involved removing a wall and chimney, closing off several doorways, and adding structural support beams. Despite the complexity, Jazmyn provided exceptional project management services over this 5 month project, working closely with the architect, vendors, and general contractor to make sure her design became a reality.The immaculate e-design renderings had so much attention to detail that choosing final finishings was a breeze. Somehow Jazmyn was able to translate our confused pinterest board (think modern-industrial mixed with natural elements, antiques, and mid-century modern pieces) into unique design choices that feel true to us and make our space one of a kind. She kept the age of the home in mind throughout, keeping an original 120 year old cabinet in the design and opting for tiles and hardware that had a vintage feel while still honoring our desire to modernize the space. She went above and beyond to make herself available to us whenever we had questions or concerns. The final result speaks for itself, and we would recommend Abode Above to anyone looking to make a change to their space!

My living room and office were in dire need of a transformation - they were functional, but didn't do much for me aesthetically. I called Jazmyn at Abode Above for her expertise and I am SO HAPPY I did! She delivered a professional quality e-design of both rooms and an itemized list of the pieces included - it makes designing a space so much easier. In addition to her great eye and professionalism, Jazmyn really listened to my design preferences and worked with me to bring them to life.
