I keep pricing simple and transparent. My hourly rate is $45/hour, and I also offer flat-fee project pricing and support packages. There are no hidden fees—any out-of-pocket costs (like printing or postage) are always discussed upfront and reimbursable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a quick consultation to understand your goals, workflows, and priorities. From there, I create a clear plan with timelines, deliverables, and pricing so you know exactly what to expect. Once approved, I handle the work and keep communication open with regular updates, making sure projects run smoothly from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring over a decade of experience in administrative support, project management, and vendor communication, along with extensive training in productivity tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Canva, and project management software. My background has equipped me to keep projects on track, organize communication, and free up time for clients to focus on their priorities.
