My pricing varies depending on your needs. Please contact me to get an accurate quote and timing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will work with you to make sure you are getting the appraisal you need. We will determine the scope of work and make sure your expectation is met and exceeded. Once the type of appraisal you need is determined we will set an appointment, get all the pertinent information I need to proceed and answer any questions you may have. I follow up with an email with a confirmation of your appointment, description of what to expect and my contact information.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a real estate appraiser since 2003 and in that time I have only worked in Kent and Sussex counties, so I am an expert in those areas. I live here, graduated from Cape Henlopen, have a bachelors degree from the University of Delaware and raised my family in Milford.
