Mr. Bugg was very responsive to my initial inquiry and very prompt to get the job done for us. Fair and reasonable pricing too. My electrician of 10 years recently retired, so now I have a new go-to electrician! Never used Thumbtack App before but it was quite helpful in getting started by facilitating communication with Bugg Electric, including being able to upload pictures so he could identify what parts were needed for the job.

Tremayne owns the company and works with his son. They arrived when they said they would, were courteous, respectful and professional. Replace a broken outdoor ceiling fixture. I plan to use them again.

Mr. Bugg was a pleasure to work with. We had 6 exterior lights to be removed and replaced with new light fixtures on short notice. He responded on a Friday afternoon and came the next day ready to get the job done. He and his apprentice were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and most importantly, willing to go the extra mile. One of the new light fixtures was broken so Mr. Bugg was not able to complete the job that day. However, he offered to come back the next day to install the light if I could get a replacement. True to his word, Mr. Bugg and his apprentice came back the next day, which was Father’s Day, to complete the job. We could not be happier with the results or the integrity of Mr. Bugg and his company. Great job. Looking forward to working with this company again soon!
