Started out great! Services were good. Communication very bad. Had several times we’re had to reach out to remind to cut lawn. Tried to reach out to say they didn’t cut the lawn on 7/30/21 to get no response. I prepaid for this service through July 2021. Texted several time with pics, no answer. Texted saying that if I didn’t hear back, that I would assume they are no longer interested. Silence…Very poor communication and follow through. Had to hire a more reliable service.

I was very happy that the person was able to come out the same day for estimate, he said he was in AERA , so we said ok. The person came out and talked about what we needed done , i told him First estimate we needed was on Price for Grass, cutting/trimming of weeds/Bushes/few Tree branches. Also a few other things. Then we needed a estimate on how much it would be for grass follow up every two weeks. He said the Company does everything, that they could cut it Today, if not the next day, i was like Great! He never followed up with call back , even to say they couldn’t do it or put us in there schedule and im fine with that, but as. A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY he should of called or responded in some way. I definitely think they need REFERENCES on APPS like these. He was Very nice, just should of followed up the right way. Thank you
