I contacted Brayan to have two old ceiling fans replaced and change out old dining room chandelier. He scheduled to work with a couple of days and sent one of his employees (Elmer) to do the work. Elmer was friendly and very professional. He had all the work done in just a couple of hours. He even went the extra mile and put the remotes in cases on the wall. It wasn’t a speck of dust or Styrofoam on the floor when he left will definitely use Brayan in the future. Prompt, courteous and friendly and excellent quality work.

1st State Remodeling installed a tile backsplash in our kitchen. It looks great! The workmanship was of high quality. The job was completed in a timely manner and at a fair price. They also did a thorough job of cleaning up the work area afterwards! Overall, we are very pleased with the work performed by 1st State Remdeling!
