I contacted Brayan to have two old ceiling fans replaced and change out old dining room chandelier. He scheduled to work with a couple of days and sent one of his employees (Elmer) to do the work. Elmer was friendly and very professional. He had all the work done in just a couple of hours. He even went the extra mile and put the remotes in cases on the wall. It wasn’t a speck of dust or Styrofoam on the floor when he left will definitely use Brayan in the future. Prompt, courteous and friendly and excellent quality work.

Contacted Brayan about some carpentry work - removing a section of drywall and putting up a new piece to expand a closet. He was very quick to come out and give an estimate. Great value and he did an excellent job with the work. Will definitely be using him again for future projects.
