Caroline did an amazing job at my parents house. She was on time and very thorough. My parents are in their '80s and they're extremely picky. For her to have satisfied them would be very challenging. They were thrilled with the quality of service that she gave them. We will continue to use her services for as long as it's needed. I fully planned on trying half a dozen different people before they were satisfied but luckily we found the right person the first time!
