- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
OUR FEES ARE BASED ON THE FOLLOWING: The number of notarial acts to be performed, the number of documents and people signing, and the distance our notary must travel. Please visit our website for any current discounts or promotions. We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience. Through a secure mobile app such as Clover or Quickbooks, we process credit card payments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A lot of times with new customers they give us a call or book on our website and they receive same day or next day service. Of course, you are always free to book farther out. A Notary Public's main function is to verify your identity and to act as an impartial witness when you sign your documents. It is intended to prevent fraud. There are several options for identification. These certificates should be current or, if expired ( Secondary ID Req), issued within 5 years of the expiration date: Drivers License State I.D. card Passport State or Federal government-issued ID card Tribal ID card Inmate ID card If it is impossible for you to produce the I.D. noted above, call us to discuss your options If working with the wedding officiant you will receive a phone call to go over any details for your wedding.
