- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a free inspection to see what exactly is going on with the roof! Pricing determines on the size, how many layers of shingles there are currently. After the inspection we determine what the best option is for a repair/replacement.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start off with introducing ourselves and explain how the inspection process is done. We take plenty of photos, check the attic space (if accessible), take measurements of the shingles and conduct a BRITTLE TEST. Once the inspection is done, we then explain and show the homeowner exactly what is going on with the roof.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the construction industry since I was 18 years old. My father owned his own roofing company.
